Glaciar Valley Zone Private Limited operates a state-of-the-art PET blow molding and BIS-approved water purification plant in GIDC Umargam, Gujarat, India. All packaged water and carbonated beverages meet Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), ISI, and FSSAI statutory regulations.

2. Product Inquiries & Dealership Terms

All inquiries submitted via our website form or WhatsApp are subject to verification by our sales management team. Distributorship agreements and bulk order pricing are subject to formal written authorization and territory allocation by Glaciar Valley Zone Private Limited. Product specifications (such as bottle volumes: 250ml, 500ml, 1L, 160ml) are subject to batch quality assurance standards.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand names, trademarks, logos ("Glaciar", "Glaciar Taste UP!", "Hindustani Zeera", "Aamzaa"), product images, graphics, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Glaciar Valley Zone Private Limited. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

Glaciar Valley Zone Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, third-party internet delays, or unauthorized misuse of our brand assets.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Valsad / Gujarat, India.
